Juan Edmundo Budinich Villouta

Lawyer

Lawyer from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and Master of Laws (LLM), Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand.

His practice focuses mainly on consulting, litigation and arbitration in civil and commercial matters, especially related to engineering and construction projects, technology and service companies.

He has participated as a negotiator and trial lawyer in various arbitrations and in all kinds of civil litigation, mainly related to construction and infrastructure matters, real estate, insurance and in national and international commercial law, among others.

He has advised various foreign companies to start and develop their operations in Chile. He is the legal representative of subsidiaries of foreign companies and company director.
Extensive experience in the creation, review, and negotiation of all kinds of contracts and other instruments to support the business processes of its clients.

He is President of the Chilean Association of New Zealand alumni, Kiwi Alumni Association Chile.

Member of the Chilean Bar Association, the Chilean Society of Construction Law and the Chilean Society of International Law.

He worked as an assistant professor of Public International Law at the Andrés Bello University and as a Professor of Law at the Faculty of Economics and Business of the Diego Portales University.

He participated in the Construction Law Course at the Universidad de Los Andes.

Fernando González Bodor

Lawyer

Lawyer from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile, Master in International Law, Trade and Investments, from the University of Heidelberg Germany; Diplomas in Protection of Cultural Heritage, and in Environmental Law, Natural Resources and Real Estate Law Universidad de los Andes.

He worked in Aramark's LATAM Legal Department, in charge of all the company's legal affairs in Peru (2013-2015), Colombia (2010-2015) and Mexico (2016-2017); and in Chile, advising the Mining business line (2013-2017), the Healthcare business line (2010-2012), its entire Logistics Chain (2010-2018); and also, answering for the general supervision of all their trials (2010-2015).

Since 2007 he has been Professor of International Public and Economic Law and International Contracting, at the Andrés Bello, Alberto Hurtado and Mayor Universities; and also, in the Faculty of Architecture of the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.

Fernanda Rubio Rubio

Her practice focuses mainly on consulting companies and individuals in real estate, civil, commercial and administrative law.

She has extensive experience in real estate matters, studying titles, cleaning, negotiation, preparation and writing of promises, sales, leases and in general all types of contracts.
She participated in the Diploma in Real Estate Law of the Universidad de Los Andes.
She is a member of the Chilean Bar Association.

She previously worked in the Ministry of National Assets, supervising the legality of administrative acts in matters of concessions, merchanting, bidding in real estate, environmental and indigenous law matters.

Francisco González Bodor

Lawyer from the Adolfo Ibáñez University and Master in Business Law (LLM), from the same University. With more than 10 years of experience in litigation, bankruptcy and recovery proceedings.

He has also practiced teaching at the Diego Portales University. (2010 - 2012) and he is a Member of the Chilean Bar Association.

Rafael Sotomayor Santa Cruz
